		See Detail ...	Policy Statement: It is the objective of Treat All Metals to provide quality heat treating services responsive to the needs and specifications of our customers. The Quality Policy Manual sets forth the commitments governing the quality assurance program to achieve the stated objective. The Chief Operating Executive is responsible, directly and through delegation, for the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the activities described in the manual.

The Quality Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the quality system through instructions and specifications, and is authorized to cross functional lines in order to achieve this assignment.

All employees shall be informed of the requirements of the quality system, and the importance of their contribution to its maintenance.

To maintain our position as a provider of quality heat treat services, Treat All Metals is dedicated to the concept of continuous improvement. All employees shall be encouraged to contribute to the continuous improvement of quality and productivity services.
